Ben Perry is the Mail & Package Center Manager at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ University, where he leads full-time and student staff and oversees mail and package operations for undergraduate residential halls. He is passionate about student employee development and was a 2024–2025 Student Employee Learning Outcomes Cohort participant, presenting his findings at the 2025 Student Affairs Assessment Conference.
Ben brings deep logistics expertise from his career at FedEx, where he rose from front-line manager to overseeing major distribution centers. He successfully led through the e-commerce surge and the COVID-19 pandemic. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University’s College of Business and is a lifelong Cyclone Football and Basketball fan.
