mindfulNU

mindfulNU is a supportive 6-week immersive program to explore mindfulness and meditation through group practices like sitting, walking, loving kindness, writing, and reflection. The program is based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a well-known approach for building a personal mindfulness practice. Designed by students and staff, mindfulNU helps you slow down, manage stress, and connect with yourself and others. 

How to Get Involved
